„Villa Cebenna“ lies on the edge of the quiet village
Villespassans (160 inhabitants).
Its spacious terrace offers a breathtaking and unobstructible view of the historic centre of
the village.
This 90 sqm terrace is accessible via the living room and
the kitchen. It’s half covered and offers sun, wind and rain protection.
The 2000 sqm property is landscaped with Mediterranean
plants like olive trees, pines, palms, agaves, oleander, laurel, rosemary,
lavender etc.
Facing the street the property is enclosed by a wall
reaching to half and a two-leaf entrance gate.
Right at the front door there’s a covered carport
suitable for two cars.
The large pool, 4m x 10m, (open from late april by early october) is surrounded by a 200 sqm
tiled terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine throughout the day. Here you
find also sun loungers/deckchairs, garden furniture, parasols in a sufficient
number.
The house with 112 sqm provides enough space for six
persons.
The living and dining room area is ample with direct
access to the kitchen and the terrace. The kitchen is quite new and equipped
with all necessary gadgets to prepare delicious dishes for six persons. The
living and dining area is furnished conventionally with comfortable sofas and
armchairs, coffee-table, shelves, dining table and chairs etc.
On the flat screen television you receive via
satellite international channels and most of the German channels. Just beside
the television there is the internet router with Wlan (fibre optic).
The extended terrace is equipped with a large dining
table and his accompanying chairs and also there’s a coffee table for two
persons. Beside the terrace you can prepare steaks or fish on a walled
barbecue.
The house disposes three bedrooms. The largest one has
got a double bed, 1,60m x 2,00m, and its own bathroom with shower, basin and
toilet. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, 1,40m x 2,00m. In the third
room you find a bunk bed, which means two sleeping places, each one 0,9m x
2,00m. All bedrooms are equipped with large built-in closets so that you can
store a lot of holiday wardrobe.
From the corridor you enter a large bathroom, there
you have a basin, a bath tub, a toilet and another shower. In the hall there’s
a separate toilet.
You should bring your own bed linens, towels etc. but
it’s also possible to rent them for a fee.
This house is a "non-smoking house". Naturally you can smoke on the terrace and in the garden.
In the basement, accessible from the pool area,
there’s a storage room with washing machine, drying rack etc. Here you can also
park your bicycles.
Please note: Due to some bad experiences we do not accept pets anymore!
The same applies to groups of young people.
In the village there are a restaurant (wine bar - bistro) and a corner shop, with opening
hours only during the morning. Nevertheless you get there crispy baguettes and
fresh croissants, made in the bakery of the neighbouring village.
All other shops, restaurants, bars, doctors,
pharmacies etc. you find in Saint Chinian, 7 km away from Villespassans.
Straight from the house you can go hiking and start bike
rides passing the wonderful environment of the
